Nothing else comes to mind right now, except sadness, anger, and like it was yesterday.
This is a true song from the heart, just for today.
Take Care DRTV, and God Bless.

Days after the attack he wrote and recorded that one.
He nailed exactly! Maybe we remember what happened, but we don't remember why or how easy it was. The idea that we would have more people defending or apathetic toward a "monument" to those that did this to our nation and our citizens shows the wisdom contained in this song.
This song should have been played loudly from speakers on the Empire State Building every hour on the hour today!

No, I will NEVER forget!
That's why I cooked a pig on the spit, dipped some ammo in the grease, and DARED the Mooslims to piss in my Wheaties!
NOT ON MY WATCH! LET'S ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would've GLADLY gave my life to save ONE American that day! Or any other day, for that matter.
Yeah, I'm ANGRY! As any true AMERICAN should be! Especially because of the speech our fearless(not)leader made on this sad anniversary! He had the cohones to ask the American people to be TOLERANT of these bastards today! He's bubblegum on my shoe, now! To hell with pissin' in my Wheaties, he just sh&t in my oatmeal! (Solus, drop that baconbomb on the friggin' WhiteHouse!)

Not to diminish the loss of any innocent lives on September 11, 2001, we need to remember those that were the first to fight back in this war!

Love it, M58.
Let's Roll has had that meaning for me since I first heard the story of his conversation.
They were Heroes. every one of them who took action, from the man who made that call and gave the "Let's Roll" call to action to the Stewardess who also made a call, to her husband I believe, to tell him what was going on and that she was boiling water to throw on the terrorists near the cockpit door at the "Let's Roll" call.....and every one of those who made the attack and those who supported them in spirit.
I heard there was a man in the plane lavatory on the phone to 911. At first I thought he was frightened and hiding and foolishly hoping they could help somehow. On second take, I figure his job was to keep in contact with the ground to try to keep them abreast of what they were doing and the status inside the plane. Never did hear any more about him though.
LET'S ROLL! a Call for Action for this country and symbolic of the character and mindset acquired by those Heroes on Flight 93. An example for all of us.
