This is a link from Kim Komando's website, (She's forgotten more about computers and digital equipment than most of us will ever know). It shows what buttons to press when you're on the phone and want to talk to a person instead of a robot. Many companies are listed. This can save a lot of aggravation. There are times I've been about ready to throw the phone across the room I get so frustrated with this. Bill T.

I was reading an article that a lot of companies like Netgear are starting to get away from heavily accented tech support people, because they are getting so many complaints from customers in this country who cannot understand them. What goes around, comes around. Bill T.
