Could we consider this a hostile takeover or our country? Also, someone smarter than me please help me to understand what the constitution, and federalist papers say about when we the people can draw the line. And start fighting these cartels as a foreign army.

 Those documents will not give you your answer, you have to look to another document :

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future security "

I like the solution they did in Honduras when they had a leftist president violating their constitution.  Soldiers rousted him out of bed, beat his bodyguards and arrested him in his pajamas before flying him out of the country. I gained a lot of respect for those people in Honduras that day!

Although we would need a 757 because not only Obama, but most of his administration, more than half of congress and a few Supreme Court justices should all be on the plane. We could drop them off in Kenya in their PJ’s. Boy would that be a day to party, like a 2nd Independence Day!

By the way Obama stood tight with Hugo Chavez and Europe in condemning them while all working to get their leftist buddy back in the country. Don’t remember hearing how that all worked out though.

The Army removed the Honduran President on orders from the Honduran Supreme Court, not on their own initiative.
But the Hondurans eventually bowed to US and European pressure and let him back into the Country .

Did anybody else hear Sean Hannity's radio show yesterday?  In the last hour Larry the Cable Guy was on.  He pretty much hit the ridiculousity (is that a word?) of the situation square on the head when he said, "What the hell is Arizona thinkin, trying to make it illegal to be illegal?"

I've moved WAY past sad.  This government has spun me off into a dmiension of pissed off that I never knew existed.
