Hey Y'all,
Was away for a couple days shooting our SASS State Championship. I ended up 54th overall out of 280 shooters and 11th in my category. I also won the Long Range Black Powder Lever Action Rifle side match. All in all I had a great time and got to see some old friends again.

Congrats guy. Never got into that kinda stuff...too messy but any kinda shooting is good IMHO.

I'm back, Did I miss anything?

Hey Haz, How You been? The course of fire was 5 shots timed on a SASS Buffalo target at about 150 yards standing using iron sights I hit 3 out of 5 in just over 7 seconds. The load I used was a 405 grain bullet over 60 grains of FFg with a wonder wad and Winchester Large Magnum Rifle primer.

What caliber? (405 Win?) 3/5 standing with irons is right good! Heck I doubt I could see the durn things!
Been good, Maj. (and busy, thankfully!).
Making (and drinking) beer has become a fun hobby.
How bout yerself? Staying out of trouble? (hope not! ;) )
