Title: Ruger M77 trigger adjustments (older tang safty models)

I have an older M77 Ruger with an adjustable trigger.  The question is how to adjust and what to adjust on the trigger.
I haven't been able to find any information on this.  Lots on Rem. 700's and some others. :(
