How are you supposed to walk out of one empty handed?!?!
Guess my G3 project just got delayed... :( Need to play with this a while! ;D ;D ;D
Picked it up for $315, now gotta see what kinda goodies are available. And go do some target shoot'n after church tommarow! ;)

That sounds like a bargain.
-
Badger, you are an Ahole for 2 reasons,
1- You didn't say whether it was an SR9c or an LCP
2- You have the Hornady box turned so the caliber doesn't show !
Either way $315 is a decent price. Looks like a very good reason to delay the G3 ;D
We'll be expecting a range report ;D

It's the LCP Tom, no rear sight, only a groove...
As to your original assessment of Badger, I defer to your considerable knowledge...
:D ;D 8) :o ;D

This time last year, the ammo was worth more then the gun...
;D

At least you were nice enough not to say anything about my being an expert on Aholes, or it taking one to spot one ;D

That was why I picked up the P-32 instead of a P-3

Nice buy! That is what they were going for at our show last weekend as well, and I saw more than one leave the floor.
I also approve of your ammo choice ... as if you really care ;)

;D Didn't even occure to me to identify it. After looking at so many guns today I can probably identify them all from a hundred yards, I have to say. There really is a point when you've just done TO MUCH looking!
It's a hard chrome Ruger LCP .380
I more or less stumbled into picking a decent ammo. I've used and been impressed with about all Hornady's stuff. But when there's even a picture of YOUR GUN ON THE BOX! Figured I couldn't go wrong.
I've wanted an LCP for a good while, and when I saw the hard chrome one for that price... :)
Plan on shooting some tommarow, but just plinking at targets out on a friends property to break it in and get a feel for it. With a 2.75" barrel, I actually prefer the fixed / simple sights. This isn't something I'll consider pulling out unless I'm in rock throwing range. Makes me feel a little better than having a pocket full of rocks though! ;)

Had to go back and look, I'd say you got a good deal.
It's a lot less bulky than rocks as well ;D

What, not PINK?
Richard

They don't make pink. That's "Rasberry" Mr.! :)
I did see one to... Almost discouraged me from buying one at all.
Is it a bad thing that every time I get a new gun I want someone to break into my house? :-\

Didn't Prince have a song about a "Raspberry Beretta" ?

Didn't Prince have a song about a "Raspberry Beretta" ?
Sad thing is, if they'd been available then, he'd have owned one. And thanks to you Tom, I now have a picture in my mind (which I'll admit is a scary place at times) of the following scene. Its 1987 and Prince and M'lette (with big '80s hair) are wrestling over a purple Bren-10 Filleens Basement sale style at a gun show. ;D :o
As to the pink gun thing? I am almost in favor of requiring CCW folks to own one. It would make damn sure that we carried the things concealed and would never, ever, be accused of brandishing. ;D ;D ;D
FQ13 who clearly needs a drink

now I have that song stuck in my head damn it.
The kind you find in a second hand store.
-
Have we now officially transitioned from a new black ruger to a raspberry berretta from a second hand store?
-
That's minor drift, we can do a lot worse with out even trying ;D
-
PINK,Raspberry (close as I could come!LOL)whats the difference?

It was "Raspberry Beret".......and not the kind the Special Forces wear...

Every one knows that Special Forces wear "Asparagus" Berets. ;D

Also no frame mounted safety lever... Nice pick up, no matter what I carry I almost always have my LCP on me to complement it. It slips into a pocket holster and you don't even feel it, even in gym shorts.

Nice LCR. I wish i could have one but I live in Commiefornia and thats not going to happen.

Now THAT is truly about as "f'ed up" as "f'ed up" can get my friends.

The Company probably does not want to "Pay off" the state to be allowed to sell them.

not exactly legal, but it happens all the time... a LEO buys it, then sells it.
I've seen many a cop buy a off list handgun only to sell it right away. The really dumb ones have picked it up, then resold it the next day. I don't know how many "race guns" I saw one officer buy, but it was well into the 20s. never kept one for more then 2 weeks. I would love for every gun transaction a LEO does have to be approved by the DOJ. it would stop cops from commiting felonys. I can't see how thats a bad thing.

GREAT! Just found out the same gun show is coming back to town January 29th (it tours around the state all year)... Now what are they going to make me take home?!?
This madness needs to be stopped!
-
Gun shows are like strip clubs.
You get to see alot, touch a little, but nothing ever comes home with you.
;D
I've never bought a gun off a dealer at a gun show( a few from collectors), bought tons off guys with signs on thier back.
