Somehow, sadly,....I doubt Hummers would be as quick,....oh and America doesn't even own Hummer anymore.. :'(

Love those Willy Jeeps. A different time, a different mindset:

Keep it simple stupid....Blow an engine, new one installed in minutes. Tranny goes, same thing.... They'll even work if there's an EMP, as there is no electronics. But it did have a cigarette lighter... ::)

Great vid.

Awesome, well designed, rugged, did the job, and that show's what team work is all about. Thanks.

There is some type of competition involving the military, in I believe it's Britain, where they have to disassemble and move a field artillery piece over walls, rivers and ponds, and all sorts of other obstacles, then reassemble it and fire 3 shots in rapid succession. It's very dangerous and a lot of guys get hurt doing it. Everything from smashed hands and fingers to broken limbs. I don't know exactly what it's called, but it's exciting as hell to watch. The guys who compete in this are unbelievably fast. Perhaps someone who knows can post a link.  Bill T.

Quite possibly one of the best demonstrations I've seen in a while.

Must pass it on, thanks.
