Oh, Rob. You have no idea how much self restraint I'm showing. ;D Today, I opened my mail. What did I see but the latest NRA solicitation. What should be inside but a DVD from Advanced Combat Shooting and Self Defense Tips! :o I will note that the NRA did put a half page (glowing, but there, disclaimer), but there is Rob Pincus with his system. With a DVD representing the NRA. Way to go Rob! Kudos!. You done good, and I wish you the joy of your success along with every other board member.
I haven't viewed the DVD, but this is a big deal, and I hope it pays off for you. I WILL watch the DVD and probably learn from it. Congrats on your sucess. Just remember. If you ever have to utter the words "Get your paws off of me, you damn dirty ape"! (at least in earnest) You're probably not being paid enough. ;D

If it is the DVD from back when Rob was at Valhalla Range, it is several years old.
The NRA sent that one out to me several years ago (if it is the same video). It is worth the price.
Like I said, older video, but good solid info.

Gotta say, I'm about halfway through the video and love it. Its about the best thing the NRA has sent me. Its probably basic to those on this forum, but its the basics that make the difference. Thanks Rob. And Thanks NRA. I will be be re-upping for that next membership, and if I had the green, I'd be signing up for Rob's class. Why weren't we doing this 30 years ago? Phil, if you can tell me how to post a DVD on you tube, I'll do it for you and sledge. This is how to to not get killed in a "critical incident" eg. gunfight, 101. Thanks to the the NRA and Rob.

If it is the video I am talking about (at Valhalla) it is already on youtube. I even think Rob posted links to them on here before.

If you've
got the links please post. It appears you do. Sorry, the 'puters a little slow. :-[ I like the fact that it was a "freebie". I like more the fact that the NRA comes out of the closet, and says "Look, here's why you own a gun. Learn how to use it". Anyway, I have to say that simple statement was worth more than all the hat's, pocket knives and jackets I've been offered over the years. Yes I'm a hunter. But I ain't a fudd. Damn few of us are. Lets just be honest here. I'd rather see a hundred Tom's trying to bust skeet with his 18.5" mossy than a dozen guy's with $2500 Cittoris trying to justify owning a Glock. Maybe that's just me, but I do hate a hypocrite. 8)

Thanks Much, FQ !
As noted, some if the videos have been around since the VTC days, but none of them are on Youtube in their entirety. There are almost 40 videos in the series now... We tape every quarter. Doing 3 more in December! Several clips dare online at www.personaldefensenetwork.com, a sister project.
I'm gad you guys are finding the info worth checking out!

Yes, I was going to add that point but my brain didn't send the signal to my fingers.
The videos on youtube give good segmented sound-bites of the DVD's, but the DVD's are by far the way to go. This type of material is effective enough to not be "dated" because it works.....so older material still gets the message across. Good stuff.

Next segment from Rob, will be a review of the TSA "pat downs" for "Keep Your Paws Off Me You Dirty Ape"..... ::)
Thanks for the link Rob, I have several of your VTC DVD's, always learned something watching them.
