Great picture, but portions of the Story are pure BS. The biggest stumbling block in Obummers arms treaty is that the Russians are PO'd about us extraditing and arraigning their favorite arms dealer Viktor Bout .according to a story in AP the other night  in private talks during her last trip The Russki's gave her hell about our attempts to arrest and try him .
