PS my wife is in one of the photos.( the reason a friend sent me the link) Its some time during the 1st min, spot her and win a box of ammo... thats all the hints you get.
-
I saw her. Where's my ammo?
-
Dude!!!....Damn!!!! :o
I'm not even going to try and guess which one is your wife, but I will say this: From the looks of those ladies, which ever one she is, also being intelligent enough to be a doctor, AND she puts up with you, she is definitely a KEEPER!!!!!!!!

I've been telling you guys for years I scored... ;D
Frank which one is she? give me a time and/or location.
-
25 seconds in. Left elbow on the stairs. Blue/green swimsuit.
Redhead looks like like a Doctor.
-
I'll take the redhead at 0:25 in the front with the sunglasses and red bikini top. I don't care if she's your wife or not, I'll just take her!!!! ;D ;)
-
00.42 ,Only row boat in video. ::)
-
straw hat and yellow flowered bikini
-
One of you is a winner...
now you have figure out which one...
-
It's either Pathfinder or me. I vote me.
-
Sorry guy's It' me. Its not the row boat that made me chose .42 . It was your lovely wife sound asleep. That what my wife dose when she has been working hard. She wants a boat that doesn't make noise and doesn't move around to much. Tab, forget about the ammo just buy her a bottle of wine from me and tell her to get some rest. And by the way, Tell her for me she looks fine, JUST FINE! ::)
-
Red Bikini at :20 seconds or the silver Bikini handstand.
Their both on the same boat, which I think is in a couple other photo's as well, and since I suspect YOU posted the video, it makes sense, (to me any way ) that you would photo Mrs. TAB alone, not with others.
Otherwise, darn man, MKM might be the winner as well.
But what PegLeg said is dead on.
"but I will say this: From the looks of those ladies, which ever one she is, also being intelligent enough to be a doctor, AND she puts up with you, she is definitely a KEEPER!!!!!!!!"
-
None of my boats in that video...
Besides if I posted that video, I would have actually put decent music on it... not that crap.
-
I'm guessing with the redhead in the green suit.
-
Be interested in seeing your boats, I'm not a gear head, or much of a sailor, but boats are cool .
My favorites are Older sailing ships, Like the Cutty Sark, and Blue Nose .
If any one has info on a late 1800's Canadian Schooner named the "Fer de Lee's" (the spelling is correct according to older relatives )
I would appreciate a link, Same with info about James Parker Lee MM. Or Capt. Eldorado Lee, of Beaver Harbor New Brunswick.
-
I win I win 45acp please lol
-
she puts up with you
I think that, alone, makes her a keeper. ;D

You figure out a way to get here and I'll pay for your admission into Mystic Seaport Tom!
Actually, if you can recite the Nautical alphabet, I think it's free or discounted.... ;D
I'll start...

I'd like to offer all the video participants to S. Florida, where boat "hood" ornaments are an art form.... and provide them a large vessel in which to make the boat look better.... 8)

Most of the boats I've owned over the years have been 60-70s vintage. either Vdrives or jets. Some small sail boats as well.
I have 4 currently.
1 60s vintage jet, unknown make 421HO pontiac in it( they make 13 in 64, how it wound up in a boat I'll never know)
2 a Laser II
3 89 stoker 20' with a 2.5 bridge port merc on the back( about 280 hp)
4 the new toy. 12' eleminator tunnel trubo charged RX8 motor and a berkeley.
One of my hobbys is buying old boats, fixing them up then selling them. I never make any money with them, but for years it kept me from killing employees.

That's from memory, some one will have to double check me as I lost my 1943 Marine Handbook, Blue Jackets Manual, and my old copy of Chapman's, as well as my more modern Guidebook for Marines. (Da**ed divorce and moves :-\ )

They changed it in the late 50's or very early 60's, some to sound clearer over radio, but "J" was changed because "Jig" was a derogatory term for Blacks as well as a fishing term.
-
They're pretty easy for me as the Navy designation for Soviet submarines was the same alphabet though not in any particular order.
Well done! Now, can you recite them to a comely young ticket clerk on a warm spring day in Connecticut?
;D

Jig is alot mroe then just a lure
Thats why I used "fishing term" ;D
From TW
"Jig" derogatory"
Yes, The evil "N" word wasn't the only one, "smoke", "darky", and "Jig", a contraction of "Jigaboo", are ones that I remember hearing back in the day.
-
Its also a type of fixture, a dance, joke/trick and a type of water/solid seperator.
best guess is where it was from( in this context anyways ) was the dance.

Dance a jig, and "the jig is up" I'm familiar with, the other 2 are new to me.
-
You have never heard of say a dove tail jig or a circle cutting jig. Its kind of a wood workers term. Most machinests would call it a fixture.
The water/solid sperator deal is mining term. its basicly a screened box that shakes like crazy. a jig is any tripple time dance.
-
It's either Pathfinder or me. I vote me.
If one of the guesses was right , it can't be you or Path....you made the same guess...
so it is either the Straw Hat or the Row Boat

In fact IIRC that chapter in the text book was titled "Jigs and fixtures"
All I can say is "Duh" (where's the Homer Simpson smilie ;D )
But the mining term is still a new one to me, we just call it a strainer, sifter, or sieve.
But there were a lot of terms that were specific to mining, like "muck stick", and "single" or "double jack "
-
Miners are just like that... they spend so much time in the dark, I don't think they ever wake up.
;D
-
Dad worked in the "Jig and Fixture" dept at GM responsible for designing and development of the fixtures to assist the movement of the body panels from stamping press to stamping press in the total press line. Some lines, mine for example, had seven or eight presses to develop and form one single part ("B" pillars) from the draw presses. He hated normal T&D work but the fixture dept kept him occupied.
-
Only worked on that type of press once, that was at T/C in the 80's trimming trigger guards to length.
When I was doing Sheet metal we used Amada CNC turret punch presses using various shaped tools to cut out the part with all holes , reliefs and cut outs then formed them separately in the press brakes.
Pem nuts, studs, and other hardware were then pressed into the part as a third operation.
The type of mold making your Dad did is a whole career in its self.

This is now my new favorite You Tube Video link.

Were there boats in that vid? I didn't see any boats. And I watched it three times. ;D

Nope. I wanted want the redhead with the bangs in the front, he took the redhead in the back.

Spotting your wife was too easy. She's the one in the first minute that is way too good looking. The generosity of women never ceases to amaze me...
-
I don't care which one you're married to, I hate you. ;D
(I thought maybe she'd make it easy and be wearing scrubs)
