I posted a thread the other day re: my plan to replace the factory adjustable stock on my soon to arrive Ruger SR556C with a fixed A1 stock from Cavalry Arms. Below is the finished product. I bought the AR from my buddies at American Tactical and Pawn in Shelby, NC who also switched out the stock for me (thanks Adam!!). I'm going to put a light on the SR556C and that will be it for add-ons.

It looks good with that stock on it.

Looks great tranefan, how is the front stock to shoot with no foregrip, or cover for your hand? I love the rails, just found the bare rails to be too rough/sharp for firing. Gloves would solve this, I was just curious.
Shelby?,.....We'll seein' how I lived in Mooresville for a while,...it's all good... ;)
At least it wasn't Boger City, or Gastonia... ::)

I haven't shot it yet. That will happen in Thursday when I take it to Shooter's Express. I'm going to take the rail covers just in case I wimp out. As to Boger City, I actually live across from the golf course in Lincolnton so I'm pretty much in BC (LOL!!!)
