for those that don't know
I work in IT as a Qualified Apple Tech for a Large Apple Re-Seller here in Australia ( well the largest) and have been there for nearly 14 years ( almost since day 1 when we were just a little company and just 1 shop in Adelaide)
over the years I have been lucky enough to move to QLD then to Sydney then back to SA with the place
3 years ago ( or so ) we were brought to a Listed company and after about a year the changes started
now I am all for change however when they have NFI what they are doing and don't really get Service and don't really listen
they also say they want to be open and transparent however hear SFA or they don't like feed back it is we are doing this just deal with it
ok they can sell phones however it is a bit different to selling and fixing computers
I think it is time I started looking else where.
I have had my LSL ( Long Service Leave ) approved a while ago so from March 21 to June 27 they can GAGF I am on Holidays :)
have a few options that I know are also coming up in the new year as well so I am going to wait and see what happens, lets hope I can find something that pays better and less stress + gives me more time with the Family and to get out shooting.

Best of luck, Phil.
Burn your bridges after you are securely across it and comfortable.
The is a value is having options available. Maybe only a small percentage of an advantage, but no sense in doing anything you don't need to that reduces that percentage.

thanks everyone will let everyone know how it goes if I find something
Adelaide is tooo small for me to do that working in IT with Apple ;)

Somehow an "armed" Geek Squad seems fitting, perhaps a Julian Assange reverse hacker?
Either way, good luck and good hunting for something else. My Father once told me the best time to look for another job, is while you still have one.
Put out 200 resume's, ask a ridiculous amount of money,.....it only takes ONE. Got a prospect in the states? I'll furnish room and board, and beer, for ya', till you find a place.
Lots of Aussie's here, Kiwi's, and even those damn S. African white boys... ::)
Good Luck philw.
