Ivory Coast to us.
They left out Afghanistan which, with Iraq are the only ones we are directly involved in.

Sad thing is Cote d'Ivoire used to be about the most stable country in West Arica. The government was corrupt and authoritarian, but not to an itolerable degree (think Mexico under the PRI). It was wear you put your money to keep it safe, and a whole lot of international businesses were headquartered. They had a pretty good thing going till the screwed it up. :P It should be a warnig as to how easy you can blow a good thing if people start valuing power over stability and prosperity.
