Yeah, but don't tell him the ending though. ;D Oh well, there's always Norfolk. A lot colder, but they won.

Win/ lose isn't the only thing that count Professor. VMI produced men who died for their beliefs while Norfolk produced sheep who did as the Govt. ordered.

It seems to me both sides were pretty sincere about the affair. Of course most, like in any war, were just folks who got swept up in the tide or got drafted. less so in the South than the North, but that was beause they were being invaded and so riding it out wasn't an option.
