does anybody now where to get a youth stock for a NEF handi rifle in 25-06? :)

I haven't looked in any catalogs to help you, but a few years ago we faced this issue. Most companies decided that they were going to quit youth guns. We went to buying replacement stocks, either original from the manufacturer or aftermarket, and cutting them down. That gave us the original stock for later use, and a short stock tailor made for the shooter.
A person can use the original stock, cut it down, and then through adjustable buttpads and spacers let the gun "grow" with the person. However, I'm still trying to get past the teaching of my youth that said you don't modify the original gun. Everytime I take a file or drill and tap to a gun I get a twinge and hear the long dead voices saying "don't mar or modify that gun!" Aaaaand ... then I do it anyway.
