Last few days I have had a couple of over the road truckers staying at my place. Couple of good old boys I have worked with for 8 or 10 years. Never met 'em face to face just over the phone and such.
Had a blast showing 'em around some, Gary (the driver) was always joking me saying that there were more cars on one our streets than in his whole town (Belleville KS) and that we sure had nice "seat covers" around here in Florida. :D
Gary owns a little piece of ground (20 acres) in Belleville so I asked him how the hunting was. He said he didn't do much but betweem him and the next door neighbor I could hunt a couple of hundred acres but the neighbor probably wouldn't let me shoot one deer....I'd have to take as many as I could! ;D
Any way, no particular point to this post just saying it's good to put a face to friends and joke around with them in person. Sort of helps restore your faith in humanity and all.
