Title: WHAT THE .... ??
Post by: Teresa Heilevang on March 06, 2008, 10:39:11 AM
I got this from a gal who lives in Wichita.. and she eats and breathes politics and she is a Ron Paul supporter.
~~~~
Check this crap out. Clear evidence of fraud.
What happened in the 14th District of TX?
They want us to believe that McCain won Texas in a landslide. A place where I have never heard anyone mention his name, never seen so much as a bumper sticker, and clearly a state that is covered by Ron Paul signs. Just for the sake of discussion let's say it's possible.
What I find seriously hard to believe is this: Ron Paul got 70% of the vote in his district for Congress-----37,220 votes.
In that same district, they want us to believe he only got 6,697 votes for president. That equates to almost ONLY 1 in 5 people that voted for him for Congress supported him for President.
They can't be serious!! You mean to tell me that 37,000 got out to vote for him for Congress, but only 6,700 for President??!
No Way!
Please don't take my word for it. Look at the numbers yourself.
 Our votes are not counted people.
I am SERIOUSLY getting tired of people claiming vote fraud!  >:(
If it doesn't go 'your' way then it was fraud,  BS!  Does it happen?  Hell yes, just look at Chicago.  Did it happen in FL in 2000? NOPE!
Is it possible that people think RP is good for Congress but prefer McCain for Pres?  YEP.  Maybe they didn't want to loose him as a Rep so they voted for McCain, maybe they didn't like some other national policy of his so they voted for McCain, who knows?
Yes, there should be paper receipts printed or some other way of verifying the vote BUT, it seems that the only one screaming vote fraud are people from the extremes (left and right).
Not just FL has that reputation. Here in WA the last election for governor the Rep. candidate won, but it was close enough the Dem. asked for a recount.  She lost again on the first recount, but they kept coming up with more "found" ballots, so she asked for another recount and finally found enough to win by 12 votes!  This in a state wide election too.  Just keep recounting until you can find enough extra ballots to make yourself governor...  Amazingly (?) the Rep. candidate said it was enough, he would not ask for another recount.  He's running against her again this year now, and boy is she throwing the dirt around.
As I understand there was a complete recount AFTER she was inaugurated and she actually LOST.
She lost twice in the first and second counts.  How many times do you have to win an election is what we were all asking.
Restore the Republic! Ron Paul 2008, the Revolution has begun![/b]
I saw a Ron Paul yard sign here in ND the other day where the word Revolution was partially blocked out by the word Revolt. Sign of the times? Is he the 2A write-in candidate?
