Title: Fat kid strikes back

it has gone viral over the net the last couple of days

The little smart arse got 20 days suspension, the big kid that was defending himself got 4 days suspension. It happened at Chifley Collage St Marys.
The worst thing is now the parents of the little prick may take legal action, waiting to see how that pans out.
little turd should of also got a kick in the arse from his old Man for that as well.

good on young mate standing up to the little turd, shame he got 4 days though, think it has been building up for ages,

I'd leave two kids in the dirt, then no one would try anything for a while. Then some how people forgot, and I'd have to bust another one, and another, and another. I actually miss all the fighting I got to do when I was a little one, all my fighting now is just a legal liability, sad face.

Only got suspended for my first fight, when I left a couple kids crying on the ground and got tackled to the ground by a coach in the sixth grade. Best three days ever!!! Got a new fancy pair of shoes, got to go to Six Flags. After that, the school admin figured out some how, not too hard, that the kids I whooped were long time trouble makers, and I just got sent back to class while their asses got shipped to alternative school.

Good for this fellow. My advise, whoop the first one so thoroughly that no one will ever want to mess with you again. My advise for the bully, if you want to look cool, don't pick on kids you think are weaker than you, that just makes you an Omega dog, take up smoking!!!

You wouldn't think the bully has a case, what physical assault? The big kid would have just the same on him, plus more. His parents ought to teach their little boy a lesson and drop this whole business before it ruins their son's life.

principal's, superintendent's and local news stations. In that order, assuming it was not reversed and yes I would take it all the way to the BOE if I had too.

after the 4 second mark, its 100% SD.

As I;m sure you guys know, I don't put up with BS at ALL and this is the type of thing I will not stand for. I don't play fair and I know the right buttons to push to make all thier lives miserable.

I know me and my lawyer would love for them to sue us... We would litterly bend them over in court.

I was always the small kid, got picked on a bit here and there, It was one of those things, I would take it for a bit, then kick some ones ass and it would stop. Double leg take downs on a hard surface works very, very well. Did one to a punk in HS, broke his humerus( upper arm bone) in 3 places and knocked him out cold. I was never messed with after that.

THey were talking about expelling me for it, my parents steped in and not only got me cleared, but had charges pressed against him. He was expelled for it,as this was not the 1st time he had beat the crap ot of some one. IIRC all this started over some girl that told to stfu. She told her boyfriend that then came looking for me. He had told me that week that he was going to kick my ass. I told a teacher or a gym coach about it. Thats the only thing that saved me and I'm sure it was the final nail in his coffin.

One of those deals were the guy did not know the hornets nest he was kicking. At that point in time I had been ranked national in wrestling for the last 5 years.

I walked away from my share of 16 hit fights - he hit me 14 times, I hit him once, and he hit the floor, wall, car, whatever once. I had my nose bloodied, my ear torn, my lip split, my eye blackened, and my body bruised. However, I was known for breaking bones - something no man or boy has ever done to me!

If I were the parents of the "fat" kid, I would be all over that school for an apology and to have the suspension stricken from all records. I would also file a counter suit against the other kid. This wasn't a name calling that he responded to. That runt was physically abusing his classmate. His parents drop their suit and I would consider dropping mine, but if they want to push it I'd just say "Bring it on!"

By the way, did you notice how the runts friend backed down to the girl ;D

As many of you are aware, I was never little, I was young. And, like the kid in the video, took my share of shit growing up. I can honestly say that I have never started a fight, but I have ended a few.

It was in art class when one the schools many cholos poured paint into gym bag. My bag had two of Judo Gi's in it, needles to say it made my blood boil. I grabbed him took him to the ground and beat beat the shit out of him. They said my martial training was not allowed at school, two week later I returned to school some what of a hero. No more cholos looked my way.

The new ijf gi rules will mean I have to spend another $500 on 2 gis if I want to compete at a national event.... >:(

then again with teh way the IJF has been going as of late judo is going to be the next taekwondo... It was so much more fun when I could do leg attacks... taking I high coller grip on me ment I was getting a ippon ;D

One day a third level bully did something to my sister, so when I had the opportunity I went and found him and put a body punch on him that sent him about 10 feet back, landing in a heap. The bully VP stepped in front of and toward me and I cleared him with my left arm heading for the guy on the ground. The head-bully-in-charge wisely allowed me to stare him down as I walked past him (the head guy is always the smartest).
I was standing over the guy I hit urging him to get up when the principal came along and took us in.
He privately advised me that he would be pleased to hear that I had kicked the s*** out of all three of them but NOT ON SCHOOL PROPERTY! So he had to punish me for the assault to send a message.
He then gave me the (then) appropriate punishment of spending all school free time with my nose against the wall outside the principals office for a week.

Ah...the good old days.

Had a kid do that to me in HS one time, one of the little ones who forgot to have his buddies around. I stuffed him in a locker after he smacked me the third time and walked away.

THE bully of my school had a hard-on for me since 7th or 8th grade, something about dancing in dancing class (remember those, guys?) with "his" girl. I managed to dodge him most of the time, but he came after me with a car one Saturday. I was driving a Renault Caravelle - little French POS (you could waggle the shifter in a BIG circle and the car would never leave gear!) with an 1100CC engine (CC, not liter or CID), but damn it looked nice.

He was driving a flathead Ford 6 IIRC.

Anyhow, he chased me into the city swimming area, which was an old converted limestone quarry. The entrance was pretty straight-forward, but the exit was uphill with a right hairpin at the top, and then it followed the top edge of the quarry. I beat him to the exit - barely - and when I left the 1/4 mile or so of exit road, and I turned off the city street after 3 blocks, he was nowhere in sight.

Monday, at school, I saw him coming at me with one of his buddies, no escape. He asked me what I was driving Saturday, cuz I just flew out of the exit road and he nearly went off the road 3 times trying to catch me. Left me with a "Nice driving" comment and left me alone the rest of HS.
