"I don't have time for this?" WTF Officer, got someplace more important to be? ? ? I mean, after all, you were just sitting by the side of the road doing NOTHING!!!! Pissed at the mower-driver for making you, ya know, actually have to work?

And then he starts the physical altercation by grabbing the guy and pulling him off the mower.

Another badge-heavy asshat who needs a seriously in-depth remedial course in working with the public, even the drunks.

There are a few more videos on youtube of Steve drunk on a lawnmower and on a scissor lift.
