Marshal, Marshal'ette, and Michael,
It was great getting to meet all of you this weekend! Michael, you are truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. It was so cool getting to hang out with you for a short while yesterday and talk about pretty, shiny air rifles (ARs) :). Teresa, you are one of a kind! Anita and I both loved meeting you and chatting. If only we lived closer to each other; and you do look better in person ;D. Marshal, it was a pleasure to meet you, but you were so busy we didn't get to talk unfortunately.
I hope you all enjoyed your time in our little city; liberal as it is, but we do like our guns.
In addition, I got to meet Julie Golob, who is the sweetest person (next to Marshal'ette, of course). She still talked to me even though I told her I was one of her "Facebook stalkers". I also met and talked to Jessie Abbate (sigh), Jerry Miculek, Jim Scoutten, Doug Koenig, and Iain Harrison from Top Shot (nice, nice man). I saw lots of other big time shooting people but didn't get to talk to them.
It was an amazing time, so much better than the Photo industry trade shows I was forced to endure over the past few years. Hopefully it won't be my last NRA show.
Brian
P.S. Ellis, it was nice meeting you, too. Unfortunately it wasn't when we could walk the floor together (and next time you come to my register you should buy something ;)).

Well said BAC! By the time we finished with the downstairs exhibits and got back to the ODC booth only Michael was there, but he is as friendly as all the Gun Culture celebs I have met in competition or at conventions. When I think of the effort you all put in running DRTV and the Blog as well as the ODC shows, and advocating for the gun public with the industry I stand in awe. That you havent lost your humanity like so many in television and still interact with us commoners (LOL worked a royal wedding referance in!) is even more spectacular.
As expected the NRA Show was a great time. Sorry I didn't get to meet the whole crew, but maybe next year in St. Louis...
