Watching Impossible Shots and Jerry Miculek is shooting a Benelli shotgun with an XRAIL magazine extension, which increases the capacity to 22+1. Thought I'd share.

Saw/handled one at the NRA convention! Good way to build your muscles...heavy empty!!!! I guess weight doesn't matter to you young guys.

I bet that thing completly destroys the balance of the gun.
even if they are 1 oz light loads you are talking about added ~3 pounds of just ammo to the end of your gun, not to mention the weight of the dodad itself.

first thing i thought of as well,

Put it on a shoulder harness and fire from the hip like that guy in Predator with the mini-gun.

Just get a Saiga with a drum. The balance would be better.

The one video that comes up after that one shows a damned fast burst with a Benelli M1. It looks like the weight actually helped keep the gun down.
