No really I do.
I'm fighting at the CA state judo champonships in the senior brown belt dev 60 kilos.
I'm just coming back from a broken ankle( judo lol) so it should be very intresting.

Good luck on the joust! Here's a lesson for you if the ankles get in the way.
My judo instructor in college was a short Korean guy with 2 bad ankles. He went to demonstrate a match and one of the guys in the class volunteered to spar with him, a fairly tall USAF alum. Knowing of the bad ankles, the AF guy kept doing leg sweeps, and you could see the momentary pain of the hits on the Korean's ankles. When he had had enough, the instructor did a leg kick between the AF guy's legs and rotated him 180 degrees vertically as the instructor arced him overhead and dropped him to the mat in a perfect takedown. ;D

That sounds pretty impressive....2nd in CA state championship, weakened ankle and all :D :D :D
