I knew Cerberus went around buying up every gun manufacture they could find a few years back, Savage Arms is partnered with H&R and a few others, and Benelli / Stoeger / whatever else are grouped up.  But I was clueless about this.  I can't even do a search for RWS guns without it coming up as UMEREX.

At first I thought they were just a marketing company for the firearms manufactures, but "offered by Umarex USA and marketed  under the brands of"...   :-\

I believe that just refers to their air guns and .22s.  The .22 Colt AR is made by Umarex, and they make lots of airguns for lots of companies.

Colt also has a .22 1911 made by Umarex. I believe the GSG firearms are also Umarex.

I'd have to admit.  Guns don't get much more fun than one of these!  (aparently UMEREX products)
