I caved in on those a long time ago. ;) Actually found the whole series of books on ebay for $30. I hate to say it, but I really don't like watching the movies now that I read the books. :( The books are so much different, but sooo much better! If anyone hasn't read them, DO!
Crackle has some other movies that aren't bad to. The Patriot, da Vinci Code, Revolver, several others.

And why not ? They were the first in the genre of "Cold War action/adventure" written by some one who had actually participated in it.

If you get a chance, pick up some Sam Durrel (CIA agent) books by Edward S. Aarons.
Better than the Bond series, IMHO, since it seemed to be more realistic...less one man against an army to save the world again this week.
Assignment To Disaster (1955) is the first in a series of 42 "Assignment" books.
