Title: Own A Ford F150 or 250? Recall For Fuel Tank Straps. 1997-2007.

A LOT of trucks... Over a million so far, .Seems the straps can corrode and the fuel tank could fall out.... :o

I'm sure the lawyers are just having some CYA moments....Haven't heard of any fuel tanks falling out in older trucks...

F-250s and not the F-350s? And not the Expedition? How odd . . . .

Thanks TW. Not only could my cruise control cause the thing to explode, but now I can drop the gas tank in the street. I mean the truck has run great with no complaints so far, but DAMN! :-\
