Gun Rights Examiner
September 5, 2011
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has acknowledged an Indiana dealer’s cooperation in conducting straw purchases at the direction of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Exclusive documents obtained by Gun Rights Examiner show the dealer cooperated with ATF by selling guns to straw purchasers, and that bureau management later asserted these guns were being traced to crimes.
From the confidential source providing the documents:
The dealer…was sent a "demand letter," based on the number of traces to him, which was retracted after his attorney pointed out they resulted from his cooperation with ATF. (Strangely, he got two voicemails from two different ATF people, both saying they were the head of the tracing operation).
Some of the straw men turned out to have felony convictions, the agents called the FBI background check system and fixed it so the transactions would be approved, something which may also have happened in Phoenix. (The attorney wasn't clear as to whether the guns were actually delivered to the gangs).

Let's see,....
Phoenix, Tampa, Houston, and now Indiana,.....Keeps on growing,.....Fox did a Hannity Special on Fast & Furious,....other than that, the MSM is ever so "mum"....
I hope it keeps growing all the way through 2012, straight to the AG/POTUS. Make it a "nail" in the coffin to a one term BHO. Force the ATF(and really big fires) to be held to account.
Next will be the Fed.
One Big Ass Mistake America...

Holder had to have know and approved. No bureaucrat in his right mind is going to authorize international criminal activity on his own initiative, nor would they have the authority to involve other agencies with out specific clearance from the AG.
It's conceivable that BHO wasn't informed (barely, for purposes of deniability ) but the coincidence of Pelosi and cohorts simultaneously carping about the "Iron river" makes it extremely doubtful.
This was a coordinated attack on our 2nd amendment rights by the Democratic administration regime.
And yet there are still those who think I'm out of line for condemning gun owners who affiliate themselves with the Party of oppression.
Self defeating idiots.

I am still pondering if Calderon was in on it or a useful idiot swayed by the power of suggestion. Either way, that points higher than Holder.

Considering the arrogance of this regime ?
That could go either way.
But since his country is being blown apart I think it's unlikely he would have cooperated.

CNN just had a brief comment about Fast and Furious and the request for the ATF OIC be removed. I was really suprised that they even covered. Saw it twice and the topic disappeared. ???
This was earlier this week when I saw it on CNN.

Foxnews reported Holder came out today, and reiterated the famous Sgt. Schultz line:
"I know nuthingk"

On Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder said for the first time that not only he but also other higher-ups at the Justice Department were not aware of the operation as it was being carried out. Holder also suggested politics could be a driving force behind Republican lawmakers' forceful inquiries into the matter.

Easy for him to say, since it was antigun politics that were the basis for the whole "felony stupid" program to begin with.
