How? As far as I am concerned a felon with a gun endagering innocent lives should be away for a LONG time (40 + )

I'm not a hard ass or anything, but I think some genes need to be taken out of the pool. If this started happening, I think you'd see a big difference in the crime rate.

Hope I haven't offened anyone, that's just how I feel.

You certainly did NOT offend me! As Outlaw said above "why wasn't the jerk standing in front of the stove".

Justice should be "sure, swift and PUBLIC" if we are going to be serious about it!
