I'm sure all read where the Al Qaeda leader has been killed by US forces. Take a look at this interesting tidbit:

The "military outreach program", enlisting CAIR, (which the FBI has dropped) was part of a kinder gentler nation.
These were all f-ups. Period. Whether it was a Bush admin or not. This terrorist, made his intentions clear, promoted them, and recruited more to take up "the cause" against the Infidels.
He wore a target on his back when he took up jihad. It was just a matter of time, and we got him.
Interesting that Ron Paul, has joined the ACLU, and CAIR in denouncing this attack as a "mistake",...seeing he was formerly an American and somehow missed due process,......

That's why Ron Paul will never be POTUS,....even with all his good ideas.....Call a spade a spade,....Awlaki would be smiling if your mother, daughter, son, family, died for the cause.
The evidence is not debatable. He got what he deserved. If Ron Paul, ACLU, and CAIR, see otherwise,....than they are part of the problem.

I come down on Tom's side here. As repugnant a character as he was, keep in mind two things:
1. He was an American citizen entitled to Constitutional protections.
2. He was brought to the Pentagon after 9/11 went down. This raises my eyebrows considerably. Putting on foil hat (but only loosely ;) ): could he have been an "asset" they needed to eliminate before he spilled the beans to Wikilieaks or someone like that? Who knows? I'm glad the dirt bag is gone though....

This is a direct violation of the 1947 National defense act which specifically prohibits the CIA from taking any action against US Citizens.
This makes Obama's regime worse than Hitler's, or Stalin's.
Everything they did was within the scope of Nazi and Soviet law.
Even the June 20th conspirators received trials before they were hung.
As for beating the sh!t out of the "day of rage" azzholes that was police who actually do have jurisdiction over US citizens, so your use of that example is BS.

No, he didn't. I don't believe he ever dropped a hammer on anyone, I have not read or heard of any instance where he did, although he did order Rohm's death in a prison cell. Rohm was given a pistol with 1 bullet, chose not to use it, and was executed by his guard.
This does not change Hitler 1 iota, and neither does his not having personally murdered anyone.

I'll grant that IF he followed the State department rules for officially renouncing his citizenship. (It's govt. they have a form for that)
If he did not do so in the legally prescribed manner, and I have no reason to believe he did, then the US Govt has begun illegally assassinating it's own citizens.

By "personally" if you mean held the gun and pulled the trigger....I don't know. But pretty sure it's documented that he personally requested the execution of specific German citizens though. Dietrich Bonhoeffer being one that comes to mind.

The July 20th plotters were tried by "People's Courts". They were no more like our idea of a "fair trial" than one of Stalin's show trials, but they were in accordance with contemporary German law.
