Title: "Grenade-walking" part of "Gunwalker" scandal
Post by: Ichiban on October 14, 2011, 09:50:58 PM
Is there no end to this????

Kudos to Sharyl Attkisson for sticking to this story.

"Grenade-walking" part of "Gunwalker" scandal
CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson, who has reported on this story from the beginning, said on "The Early Show" that the investigation into the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)'s so-called "Fast and Furious" operation branches out to a case involving grenades. Sources tell her a suspect was left to traffic and manufacture them for Mexican drug cartels.

Police say Jean Baptiste Kingery, a U.S. citizen, was a veritable grenade machine. He's accused of smuggling parts for as many as 2,000 grenades into Mexico for killer drug cartels -- sometimes under the direct watch of U.S. law enforcement.
...

Attkisson added on "The Early Show" that, in August, Mexican authorities raided Kingery's stash house and factory, finding materials for 1,000 grenades. He was charged with trafficking and allegedly admitted not only to making grenades, but also to teaching cartels how to make them, as well as helping cartel members convert semi-automatic rifles to fully-automatic. As one source put it: There's no telling how much damage Kingery did in the year-and-a-half since he was first let go. The Justice Department inspector general is now investigating this, along with "Fast and Furious."

He just went to Wal-Mart, and a local Army/Navy Store,....they always have grenades for sale....Just like FA evil black rifles.

Is there no end to this?

Here he comes to save the day! Mighty Mouth is on the way! Lanny Davis defends Gunwalker. Which tells you Hillary is in it up to her eyeballs.

Operation Fast and Furious also could not have occurred without extensive interaction with the State Department, which would have had to authorize the shipment of thousands of weapons in what would otherwise be felony violations of the Arms Export Control Act.

The Department of Homeland Security, including Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Border Patrol would also have been in the loop, and it was agents from these agencies that have become the first known U.S. law enforcement agents murdered by guns provided under Operation Fast and Furious other alleged gun-walking programs.

The Treasury Department also played a role in the task force, specifically the IRS Criminal Investigative Division (IRS-CID).

The White House National Security Council (NSC) was also briefed directly from agents in the field.

This wasn't an isolated operation, but a cabinet-level orchestration seeking to achieve unofficial, illegal, unconstitutional, possibly terrorist and treasonous policy goals.

You can gauge how serious a political crisis is by who the people under fire bring in to shore up their defenses. Clintonista Lanny Davis, who represented former President Bill Clinton during his impeachment, has now stepped up to issue an op-ed piece that attempts to make a molehill out of a mountain.

****

I couldn't bring myself to quote Lanny Davis, the Clinton attack dog, it was too painful. But they are, in all the spinmasters glory, at the link.

I'll paraphrase,....It's Bush's fault cause he did it too. And this is a "vast right-wing conspiracy hit job" against Holder, BHO, and the Dems....

Where's the puking emoticon?
