In typical liberal fashion you can't cut spending where it needs to be cut. Instead cut military funding while we have troops committed in a world wide war against radical islamists.
Democrats suggested Wednesday that too much has already been cut from non-defense spending to come up with $1.2 trillion in cuts over the next 10 years, as sources offered a few details about a Democratic proposal to collect $1.3 trillion via tax hikes, stimulus spending and benefits cuts.

We're headed towards being like England. They have cut through thier defense budget with a chainsaw. They can no longer fully defend the country without US, NATO, and French support.

Remember the Super-Dee-Duper "Bi-Partisan" Budget Cutting Simply Genius Committee? If they can't get cuts, the cuts become automatic.
