Thought of this song today thinking about the passing of DRTV Member, and Ranger Emeritus, Shane Justice at only 32 years of age. He will be missed but not forgotten.
For Shane.
And all those who see me, and those who believe in me
Share in the freedom I feel when I fly.
Come, dance with the west wind and touch on the mountain tops
Sail o'er the canyons and up to the stars.
*****
You Fly Shane. Dance on that West Wind, You Have Reached the Heaven and Stars. Be at Peace.
God Bless

Well done, well played.
I never met Shane, never talked with him face to face, he is my son's age not even close in age to me - why does it still hurt so damn much for us to have lost him?

Because you're human Pathfinder!
We all knew Shane without meeting him! His passion, conviction, humor, humility and humanity were apparent in all of his posts.
He will surely be missed but his journey has just begun...

Poor fella. Sent him a message on Facebook and never heard back. Very sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers to him and his family.
