Howdy folks. We requested this forum to be a source that we could discuss modern gunleather. It seemed to be a natural extension to the CASCity forum Leather Shop, that we have a modern Leather Shop forum over here at DRtv.

If you do leatherwork, and have a piece of gun related leather to show us, feel free to post pics and talk about it.

Please keep things family friendly. I do know of a few young eyes that read these forums, and I prefer their innocent eyes to remain so.

Commercial postings...Try not to obviously be commercial. I know that sales will be made on this site, but keep sales private. Put a link to your page in your signature, etc. Use it as a showcase, not as a sales floor.

Kydex.... I am on the fence for allowing kydex holsters to be here, but I am not going to make a firm rule against it. It may end up in a separate post just for Kydex if there is a lot of it.

If your holster is using both Kydex and leather, no problem.

If you have a cowboy rig or old west holster, please share, but it would be in a better spot over at the CASCity Leather Shop forum.

Spoil my fun! >:( :( I had all sorts of "modern leather' links ready to go, and was going to ask Red and M'lette to post a few of theirs. ;D

Well, Dalton, I think this section is a Hit.

I'd not have guessed that.   

I have had little interest in making any type of holster, but I do love learning about most anything.....

Thanks for a place for these guy to teach me so much..

Marshal Holloway is the one to thank for putting it up though. We just suggested it.
