It appears that the Pres. BHO affect is to shut the brains off of any official he has contact with:

The booklet cover stated that the information was "not to be communicated either directly or indirectly to any person not authorised to receive it", Welch said, and it included contact details for a range of figures.

It also named a long-serving member responsible for Obama's protection.

I can think of a few presidents that would bitch slap the person in charge and not wait to find out who dunnit  >:(

I don't care who you are or whether you like Pres. BHO or not, this cannot be allowed to happen  >:(
