It's a standard CT grip but made with rosewood instead of rubber. Just a dress up thing. The standard grips work for me.

Yes, I have a set of the rosewood ones and a set of G10 black and gray on order.  The rosewood set looks great, works great and is designed to allow for an ambi safety without having to modify the right side safety lever.  One comment of not is the rosewood grips are slightly thicker than the original 1911 CT grips or the wood look plastic CT grips.
