Her mom is coming down to take her to the hospital. She was up all night with pain down the left side of her back. :(
I'll be heading over there at lunch.
Thanks for the prayers,
Bryan

I got home 10 minutes before my mother-in-law and sat on the couch with my wife talking about what is going on. She is really fighting going to the hospital, even though she almost had me take her in at 3 this morning. She has a tough time with doctors, first one that diagnosed her with MS told her she'd be in a wheel chair in 6 months and that was 13 years ago-still not in a wheel chair. Her mom is working on her back at the moment and then we'll see if she feels like going to the ER.
There is good news-she is scheduling an appointment with a Nueoraligical (sp?) doctor, something I've been trying to get her to do for the last five years.
Again thanks for the prayers.

Tell her from me, "Quit being a dumb ass ! Would you rather suffer some irritation at the Dr. or continue suffering unnecessary pain ? little relief will make up for a lot of aggravation."
If that doesn't convince her point out that pain is your body telling you something, When you are hungry you turn the problem over to a cook , the person who specializes in that problem. Pain is the same thing, just further away than the kitchen.

Back pain can be a B.... My prayers go with you, your wife and family.
God Bless,
Richard

Pretty much what I told her, only with more sugar and honey. She is afraid of what they'll find if/when they do a MRI not to mention the process of the MRI. I told her what they find won't change a thing it will just verify what she already knows but she wants to pretend there is nothing there-UGH! Women!

An ulcer.... ???
Never had one but the doc says that what he thinks and is treating.
So what have we learned from this? Go see the doctor when it hurts bad enough to wake you up in the middle of the night and she is going to see more doctors for the MS.
Thanks for you prayers and God bless!

Glad it is something minor (?) and treatable. We'll keep the prayers going just in case and to make sure your wife continues to soften her heart toward the doctors, and to make sure the doctors do not continue to annoy your wife! ;D
