I think I saw that guy at the mall today!
BTW...don't ninja's need a front sight or do they shoot with their eyes closed like Costner?
-
I'll give him credit for one thing, His secret ninja booger hook never went inside the trigger gaurd.
-
Thanks TW. That was awesome. Now that I know the ninja technique to cycle a nuclear round in my non-ninja made Glock, I will still have one hand free. What shall I do with it? I could engage in a lethal technique, or, I could fondle myself while watching Tex Grebner videos. Choices, choices........ ;D

I'm sure this guy has practiced a lot (I mean a whole lot), but those seem to have some really weak springs. I am not at all familiar with a 1911. Does that spring seem weak to yall? I have some Glocks and that one definitely seems weak to me.
As Tom noted though, he never put his finger on the trigger.
-
I have a well broken in 1911 with original factory springs and I cannot budge the slide that way. I also have my kids 20 year old Sig sitting next to me at the moment and it doesn't budge either.
It must be the gloves... ::)
-
I would like to see him do that with the hammer down on the 1911. Pretty sure the slide didn't go all the way in to battery on the second dummy round on the Glock.
-
I'm wearing a 1911 and yes, very light springs.
Some race guns are set up that way though so they will cycle with light competition loads.
-
I can snap my wrist and get my lock blade to click open (after hours of practising as a WEBLO ;)). Does this make me a ninja too, or do I have to buy the gloves? ;D

I think a WEBLO can take a Ninja any day...

He was using his trigger finger to keep the slide from moving after he took the recoil spring out,That's why the slide didn't move when he was moving the gun around.

With the free ninja hand, one can always apply the Five-Point-Palm-Exploding-Heart-Technique....The truly uber secret weapon of real Ninja's...
All "real" Ninja's must be ready....

This guy ain't a ninja; he's a magician whose scope is on backwards. Yeah, that's the worst thing about that set up. ::)

After watching these videos, . . . . .. I got nothing. How do you even come up with a comment after watching these mouth-breathers? ? ? ?

Well THAT wasted a good 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back...
But on the bright side at least they are having a little fun and I was able to get a chuckle from it.
-
I use a 19 lbs. spring in my 1911s. Theres no way in hell this will work with them. I call BS.
-
Oh yea...Even with the hammer already cocked.
-
He was using his trigger finger to keep the slide from moving after he took the recoil spring out,That's why the slide didn't move when he was moving the gun around.
and he flipped the thumb safety on to keep the slide from falling or sliding out of battery when he tipped the gun up.
-
In fairness I have seen guys do this in matches with Glocks. Mine won't (and yes, ok, I tried it :-[). I'm assuming that the guys who rum race guns use different springs than us mere mortals and I have no idea if its possible with a 1911. I do know I don't know WHY you would want a gun sprung that loose, but it can be done. ???

Ichiban, I won't speak for any one else, but I had seen that clip, or one similar, before.
But I still call BS on that chuckle head in the OP.

In competition you want to get back on target as quickly as possible so lighter loads generate lower recoil but require lighter springs.
An appropriate use would be if you injured one hand and needed to reload. A more practical alternative is catching the rear sight on your belt or the top of your pocket.
That doesn't require any modification to the gun.
-
If you have a long enough comp on a 1911 there's another way to rack the slide.

Ninjas can do more as what you're expecting from them...that is why they hide their face cause there mystery within them.
You will be amazed to expect the unexpected! ;) 8)

Ninja's suck .
Pirates rock .
When was the last time you saw a ninja with wenches ? ;D

Ok..this has got me remembering that classic Mall Ninja thread where, at least it is my guess, that a joker slowly built depth of his Ninja character from mild head shaking by the readers to outrageous exaggeration...and kept the readers believing it because it was so well done....even to the point of bringing in a second character in a supporting role.
Who has a link...time for a refresh on that one.

That was clearly before I found this place, but it sounds like a fun read. I hope someone finds it.

Gee, I had a good time with this....as far as the "Mall Ninja",....he actually was a member here before being laughed away....
To his credit,...I saved the archive...Gecko45 was his member name on several forums.... ::)
