KT,
I have been awaiting these to be done. Very amazing and great work!
I know what you mean when you say its the only set you will make. I said that too, but currently have 2 sets cut out and sitting on the back of my bench awaiting the day I get the urge to go on them again.

I would imagine cutting the pieces is the easiest part . . . . . . ;)

Thanks guys and Pathfinder your right. KT

Actually Pathfinder, the cutting out is the hardest for me. To cut out that much leather for one project hurts....... I think of all the other things I could be making with those precious feet of leather.
The set I made before went together pretty well for never having done one before. Now the hard part is deciding on what I am going to put on them. Full carve, border only, etc??
I do have 1 of the 2 sets ready to sew, its just getting that time set aside to do it.

Dalton do the border only. Every ones doing full. Thats why I only did a little to make it different. Cant wait to see. KT
-
Would these saddlebags fall into the concealed carry catagory??? ::)
-
Sorry outrider double bag each side. KT
-
KT,
I do like borders. That will probably be what I end up doing.
Here is the one I did before, but its antiqued a little now, scuffed from actual use, and has brass buckles instead of the shiny Stohlman buckles on it now.
