of what sounds to be an apparent drug overdose.


OH.....DARN!

after his run in with Bernard Goetz, the thug kept on with his life of crime and served 25 years in prison....HUH!?  Imagine that!

I wish I was old enough in the 1980's.  I would have donated money to Goetz's legal defense fund.  I would have also sent him to a firearms school so he could be a better shot.

He shot well enough. He just needed to listen in on one of my con law classes, wherin I described what I called "The Bernie Goetz Rule". To wit: When doing something of questionable legality, don't video tape it, post it on youtube, or say dumb sh!t like "You don't look so bad, here's another" if there are witnesses present. ;D

The only one of Bernie's "victims" who was not later killed, or sentenced to a lengthy prion term was the one who was confined to a wheelchair.
