Really is a small world!

Small world cause DanC is my oldest son. and he is also in the shipping business.
He called me last week and ask if Hazcats name was Dave. I said yes.. He started laughing and said that  Rob, ( his uncle who he is partners with for, and lives her in Howard) said he thought he knew him. So we got to talking and he said he was going to get in touch with you Haz.. Then your problem came about and the rest if history. LOL

You should drive the 08 Caddy!

I'd take one up against anything.

They are a little slow out of the hole (damn heavy), but once they are rolling they will set you back in the seat and keep you there!  Plus, they have really obnoxious purple and white strobes in the grill.

His was a caddy, it had (i believe) a 475 cid under the hood.  Off the line you could smoke the tires right down to the rims and only travel about 10 feet ;D  but you get all the crap rolling and that baby would FLY!

www.sturmfh.com

Select "About us" button on left side

That be me and my lovely bride (Mike & Audrey) on left lower corner of the licensed directors and their spouses

Continue to scroll down, and you will find my "cell" in Mountain Lake where I waste my bosses time (unless I'm running to the other places to lend a hand)

I was looking for a change from the national consolidator I was working for, and Ron Sturm was nice enough to hire me, build a brand new building and put my name on the sign.  All that and a paycheck too!

Very Nice!

National cosolidater to licensed funeral director.  That's a career change!

And you think (have hints?) that this Sturm is related to 'that' Sturm?

I was in the funeral business when I was employed by a national consolidater.  That is the PC term for investment groups that buy funeral homes and cemeteries all over the country and try to turn them into a chain store.  Really neat trying to serve a family in SW MN with the same ideas they expect in New York, California, or Texas.  A "Bean Counter" once compared us to McDonalds, and how someday a person could walk into any of their funeral homes nation wide and order a #1 and get exactly the same thing.  That's the point when I knew I needed to find a new boss.

I asked him if they were related, and he said (claims) they are not related.  However, his only experience with guns was when he was in the service and forced to use one, so he probably has never looked into it.
