Title: What is with that ejector

I just finished watching today's episode of shooting gallery and about 48-49 minutes in there is a slo-mo of an Army AMU shooter shooting a pistol and the brass is only ejecting out of the gun 4-5 inches. 

Is his slide cycling that slow or is it just barely ejecting?

I'm going to watch that.  I want one of them!  I have a couple guns that throw brass in the face of the shooter beside me, one that throws it up and it lands on my hat brim, and one that has no set pattern of where the brass will fly in direction or distance.
