I don't think much more will be reported on this, just based on how little press things like NDAA et al has gotten.
This is what happened in Germany..
This is SOP for the Communist road map.
While Rome burned...
No drama.. Just an observation..

OK, for the hunderedth time, if you actually READ the section of the NDAA the media and ACLU is harping on, it specifically states that the detention of US citizens and LEGAL aliens shall not be conducted.
Now for this report, corporations have been snooping on your Facebook account since the site went active. Look at all the news peices on how you'll not to get hired because of dumb stuff on your social media page. It's OK for private firms and individuals to snoop but not the gov't? If you really don't want people to not be able to watch what you do on the internet, it's real simple, UNPLUG.
Also the site mentioned fall under the following provisins of the Intelligence Ovrsight Act and Executive Order 12333 (Dec 4, 81-President Reagan)
2.3Collection of Information. Agencies within the Intelligence Community are authorized to collect, retain or disseminate information concerning United States persons only in accordance with procedures established by the head of the agency concerned and approved by the Attorney General, consistent with the authorities provided by Part 1 of this Order. Those procedures shall permit collection, retention and dissemination of the following types of information:
Information that is publicly available or collected with the consent of the person concerned;
...
Information arising out of a lawful personnel, physical or communications security investigation;
(i) Incidentally obtained information that may indicate involvement in activities that may violate federal, state, local or foreign laws; and
There are legal implications (jail time) if an individual or agency is discovered to be conducting intelligence gathering on a US citizen without a warrant.

Jnevis tight in that you can't very well post smething on a public foum and then say that it can't be used against you. Its no different than writing a book or an article.. Once its published its out there.

If you want to have a private conversation, don't have it online. :P

Don't use a cell phone either. Land line to land line only.

Two soup cans and a string will suffice as well!

Not just a landline. It has to bea corded phone. The Court has ruled that cordless phones are radios and they can be intercepted without a warrant. If you want privacy, you need to go old school.
