A federal judge has ruled that Rick Perry and three other Republican presidential candidates will not be added to Virginia's primary ballot.
District Court Judge John Gibney Jr. rejected their requests, arguing that they filed their challenges to Virginia's stringent ballot requirements too late.
"They played the game, they lost, and then they complained about the rules," he said.

Just as a side note, I did a little checking, and the Judge in this case was appointed by..............BHO!!!!!

You don't think that had anything to do with the decision do ya?

Regardless of who appointed the judge, these guys pay people good money to make sure that things get done in a timely manner regarding getting on the state ballots.
Not knowing the circumstances or whom was responsible for the gaff, it's a moot point!
If someone finds that this judge has done something untoward, then we have a problem...

FTA:
In a separate statement, Nixon said: "We are disappointed with this result that disenfranchises Virginia voters. The judge confirmed that the statute is unconstitutional, but did not remedy that situation.

This is the part that perked my interest to see who appointed the judge.
The MSM and the DNC all want Romney to be the candidate. This is a good way to be sure of that.

Hell, if we listen to the MSM, we don't need to care past January 21st anyway!
Either way, one state won't matter much in the end.

But, but, but... Odamna promised the most transparent administration ever! Everything above board... Everything on the up-and-up.
That you should even hint at any level of impropriety astounds me.
May I have my meds now?
Sheesh, come on November!

Elections are administered by State Law. Why was it before a Fed Judge anyway?
At this rate, with this, and FL getting short changed by half at the Convention, we will (now, more) likely get a brokered convention..
Something which, if we're prepared for it, could very well work to our advantage.. Or, you could just vote for Romney and "Don't Worry. Be Happy"... Oooooooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh aaaaah...

I'm not sure "Better Petigree" equals "Sucks Less".Given the multitude of surrogates Romney has picked up along the way, I'm not sure he doesn't suck WAY MORE.. All the talking head "Raa Raas for Romney" sound just like apologists for O, just with nicer haircuts..
At this point, Romney looks like "The Next Candidate from Mass.". I wonder if he'll pose in a tank or sperm suit this fall, or if he'll break new ground.
