Drunk driving should be a felony.  You kill someone then it's felony murder.  Don't care where you're from.

I was a bail bondsmen while in college in Southeastern Washington State when I got a call one late Friday night:
"I need you to post a bond down in Pasco at the Benton County Jail."
"No problem, who's the indemnitor, how much and what for?" 
"His boss is signing, $1500 bond, drunk and disorderly and you need to hurry before they put an INS hold on him."
"Uh.... OK." 
Damn, I didn't even make it out of be before the INS hold hit him the next morning. ::)
I quit shortly there after-tried to get my brother bailed out on a Saturday night two blocks from the office and noone would return my calls so I did it myself (unethical-maybe, against company policy DEFIANTLY).  You'll send me an hour away to post a bond for an illegal and can't bail my brother out 2 BLOCKS from your office (and ten minutes from your house).  F.Q! >:(

What a sad state of affairs. 

Being an ILLEGAL alien should be sufficient grounds to be deported.

But don't think...the unwashed masses, us, are here just to scrape, bow and give away large chunks of paycheck.
