I like his other video where he skins a deer in less than two minutes. 

I have only been deer hunting like once or twice.  Never harvested anything.  So lately I have seen quite a few videos showing the golf ball technique and the air compressor technique.

If I ever build a garage or a shed, I'll be sure to have 10 foot ceilings or higher so that I can hang a hoist up high enough to skin a deer from...or insert an engine into a car.

Kurt is a good guy and if you saw the piles of deer his family shop processes each fall you would know he gets lots of practice. They make great venison sausage and landjaeger too!

I am impressed! You can see why folks in the meat industry end up with carpal tunnel, that would be hard work all day long
