I miss the good old days when they were still in the closet.

I have no problem with any adult doing anything with another willing adult in the privacy of their home.  Bunny and I do things in the privacy of our home that I don't want to share with the world.  Key word here is privacy.

And I don't believe homosexuality is necessarily a choice--some people have brains that are miss-wired.

I do believe it is deviant behavior and I know I don't want to see it.

This is the sort of public IN YOUR FACE b/s that makes me want to burn 'em at the stake.

Intolerant?  Yeah, maybe.  But I don't want one of 'em in a foxhole with me, either/.

(We still haven't learned the Sodom and Gomorrah lesson, have we?)

Every society in history has had them.
No other society has given them the level of glorification shown by the current socialist ideology.
Another example of that "Frankfort School" conspiracy to undermine the values of Western society.

Someone help me with this, please.

Before Don't Ask Don't Tell homosexuality was strictly forbidden in the military.  Then along came DADT, which allowed closet homosexuality.  Now that DADT has been rescinded, doesn't that mean homosexuality is again strictly forbidden?  If so, why is the left celebrating the end of the "ban" on homosexuality in the military?

That's been puzzling me.

Kinda creepy ain't it?

Now, replace those two queens with Elle McPherson and Kathy Ireland in their hay day and get the camera ready!

Personally, I don't give a crap anymore but seeing it puts it in a whole new light doesn't it?

I have seen similar pictures showing a reunion of a heterosexual couple and it was heart warming because I felt it showed the love, caring need and commitment the couple had for each other....and was glad they are able to be together again.  I had no problem with it being a public display at the moment of reunion.  It would be a bit much if it happened in public when they met each day after work at the bus stop.

This picture appears to be a reunion and while I am not warmed by it, I would not begrudge this couple the opportunity for the same expression of devotion to each other as the heterosexual couple.

They are doing harm to no one and to restrict them in this same expression is another form of enforcing "PC" behavior.

An all volunteer Military must take all that volunteer!

But, do they have to make it such a spectacle?  The famous Life picture of a WWII sailor kissing a dame in Times Square was heartwarming indeed!  Might have been staged as well but this appears to be one of those "in your face" kind of pictures...

What's it's origin?  Facebook?

I have to say, I really don't care what other men do with each other. It's certainly NO FUN to look at, but I could care less. I am perfectly happy looking at women embracing men or other women because that's what I like, so it's a bit of a moot point.

I know quite a number of gay folks because they like the seashore and that's where I live. For the most part they're pretty easy to deal with- often better than straight people. They are often funny, they've got money to spend, and they (for the most part) seem to enjoy life a lot. Having said that, I have noticed that gay men just can't let it rest. In the company of heterosexuals there is usually some sexual banter- with guys there's joking about women, etc. But if you are around gay guys and they feel comfortable, EVERYTHING anyone says seems to turn into an opportunity for another gay comment or joke. They really push the edge and are way more "inyour face" with their preferences than heteros or even lesbians.

Just an observation, since I am a lesbian myself.

TW, why the hell did you post that..

Because I live in "Realville". I also don't care if someone is gay or not, I can't stop it, but I'm also not going to condone it. Going back thousands of years homosexuality has been part of the world, in all cultures and societies. It is what it is.

However, I would expect a soldier in uniform to show respect and professionalism for the high standards instilled by that institution and tone it down at least until they got home, or go to the bar the "Velvet Spike" to reunite with all their boyfriends. ::)

Just my humble opinion....
