In an election that the BHO admin. will study and learn from, Putin has won (again)....

All remaining opposition will suddenly be found dead of a "heart attack",...or mysteriously run over on a Moscow street.

Putin was KGB, is KGB, will always remain KGB.

Even the Police are celebrating ON DUTY!!!!  ;D

Maybe I'll watch Red October again....With some Stoli.... ;)

I'm not surprised. While I am well aware that Putin is no friend of America, you have to admire the guy since he is not a pussy like we get stuck with.
And also unlike our politicians his is all for his country.
Remember this, to us the KGB may have been the "arm of the Evil Empire".
But to them it was "The Sword and the Shield of the nation".

Perhaps to the Politburo members. But I would guess that the rank and file Soviet people simply thought of them as the people who made other people disappear into the basements of the building on Dzerzhinsky Square.

It was like the Feds here, at Waco and Ruby Ridge they were bastards, but when they are taking out some one who kidnapped and murdered a little kid they are heroes.
(I'm wrongly imprisoned, but THAT SOB belongs here in the GULAG)
Also, that only applied to the "Chekists" the internal security side of it, (the side Putin worked in ).
People had a better attitude toward the glamorous foreign service side that was protecting them from western plots.
