What was scary about this liberal retards point of view was the amount of people that cheered her for it.
What was equally as scary was the person (comedian Bill Engel) who opposed her view in the same breath said that he hunted, fished and wanted the right to self defence but that he did not see the need for people to own AK's etc? Seems a little hyprocritical to me.

MSNBC analyst and soon-to-be host of a daytime television show on the network Alex Wagner is asked what she thinks needs to be removed in the Constitution. Wagner says the second Amendment since it doesn't seem to fit in with the others.
Maher, for his part, thinks gerrymandering and corporate personhood should not be in the Constitution.
Bill Maher, HBO: "Let's ask Alex. What would you change in the Constitution?"
Alex Wagner, Huffington Post: "Well, I'm going to be pilloried for this. I think get rid of the second Amendment, the right to bear arms. I just think in the grand scheme of the rights that we have; the right of assembly, free speech, I mean, owning a gun does not, it does not tally on the same level as those other Constitutional rights. And being more discreet about who gets to have a firearm and right to kill with a firearm, I think is something that would be in our national interest to revisit that."

The folks that stand in line and actually "want" to attend Maher's show are the classic example of useful idiots....It seems on this episode, at least one, made it to the table.

That's right, only the 'special" people should be allowed to have firearms and have the right to self defense, run the country, and tell us: how to live our lives, what to eat, what kind of light bulbs to use, what kind of cars to drive, ....

The Head Peterpuffer Bill Maher then goes on about how the US populace wouldn't stand a chance against the US military. Completely ignorant of the fact that any govt sucks when it is fighting a guerilla war. History and current events prove that.
As badass as the military is, a properly fought guerilla war ("hang onto their belt buckle"), can bring them to their knees. Yes, they have a LOT of hardware.
We've seen what "homemade firecrackers" like what are being used in the sandbox can do to an Abrams tank. A Humvee doesn't stand a chance.

unless of course, the .gov takes a page or two out of China's playbook and transports in...oh...I don't know...a bunch of Mexican army regulars.

they either didn't speak Chinese, or it was some weird/obscure dialect.

Language issues aside, the real reason the Chinese leadership brought in the Mongols was that (a) the Chinese troops would not fire on people they considered their brother and sisters, (b) The Manchurians had no such compunctions since they had basically been killing each other for a few thousand years.

Has the MSM forgot the majority of military folks, (not really the brass) vote Republican? Remember recent history. Every major National Election we've had, there were suddenly "issues" with all the absentee ballots getting to the troops on time, and getting back on time.
2008 was a classic example. That's why, as a contingent, as Tom was alluding to, UN troops are being trained on American Soil. We know what Blue Helmets on American Soils mean....Targets of opportunity.

TW, that video is BS, it misrepresents reality.
The "502nd in their blue UN berets" are a component of the 101st Air Assault Div, as for "UN" troops training in the US, We have been supplying training to other countries that lack space for about 60 years.
As for the Germans ? there have been Panzer (Trning) Div stationed permanently at the NTC and in Canada since Reagan was in office. They don't have enough space for the type of live fire training these areas provide and their Govts pay for it.
And when they talk about "Never before on this scale". It's an out right lie worthy of a democrat.

The Louisiana maneuvers involved half a million men, in 19 Army Divisions, taking place over 3400 square miles (8,800 km²) of Louisiana during August to September 1941.
Around 400,000 troops were divided into two equal armies of two made-up countries. The countries' names were Kotmk (Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kentucky) and Almat (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee). The armies were also called the Red Army and the Blue Army. These armies were fighting over navigation rights for the Mississippi River.[2]

We have spent decades trying to convince the Left that blood would not flow in the streets if they let us express even a portion of our Second Amendment protections (Remember that the Constitution does not grant the Right. The Constitution protects our right to express our God given Rights). However, if the Left decides to try this one the streets will flow red! And, that is what the Founding Fathers intended and why they included the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.
If we give away our Second Amendment protections we don't need to worry about the wedge in the crack. The log will already be split, and we are heading for the firebox >:(

It would serve their purpose better to do away with all gun regulations, go back to 1930 when a 10 year old could get a machine gun or cannon and ammo by mail order.
As long as they avoid gun laws the population will let the Gov do absolutely anything they please.
