Why YES, yes she is!
Nancy, Harry and BHO got us well down the road toward socialized medicine, and they are doing it by emptying our pocketbooks enough that we will be dependent on big government for all our needs.

So much power was put in the hand of the Secretary of Halth (?)- Cathleen Sibelius' position- that if they ever lose power and a republic appoints a vindictive power monger they may find themselves at the end of a needle pleading for their life.
