Title: My wife beat me to it....
Post by: Magoo541 on March 24, 2012, 08:38:31 PM
That awful woman surprised me with a membership to the local gun club, Albany Rifle and Pistol Club, today while I was 1500 miles away.

Women what are you going to do with 'em?   ;D

I was gonna wait until I finished school this summer to do it just to keep the distractions to a minimum, oh well, need to work on my time management anyway. ;)

God Bless you Amy Munson!

You're a lucky man Magoo!

One, for having a bride that thinks as she does and two, for living in the Pacific Northwest!  Not exactly the most conservative places on earth but by my estimation, one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life.

I lived in Humboldt County in northern California and made the trip up the 101 to Coos Bay and further quite a few times!  Breathtaking is an understatement!

Schweet shtuff, there, Magoo.  The Wife is certainly alright!

I nearly lost a boat going out of Coos Bay. Some of the most frightening coastline I have ever experienced.  And some of the most spectacularly beautiful.

If you guys could just get your politics squared away, I'd be there!

I am a lucky man, next thing you know she'll be buying me guns and ammo :) We, actually before I moved here, have kept the left relegated to 3 areas so its easier on the rest of us-Portland, Salem and Eugene.  As for the beauty, yes it is beutiful here.  On top of that the Willamette Valley has a very mild climate, doesn't get too hot and rarely snows.  I have three major gun clubs within driving distance and ARPC is only ten minutes away from the house.  But it really sucks here so all you Kalifornians need not move here :)

Now THAT'S a good woman!

AMEN!

I just got back from a two week work trip yesterday and loved on her all day and into the night  ;)

Tuesday night is my orientation and I'll look into RO/SO training while I'm there (DRTV, Guntalk, GunDudes all share the blame for that). My son is down for spring break, hey... he's not in school anymore WTH?, anyway he'll be going to the orientation with me.  I'm off work until Friday so we'll have plenty of opportunities to put some rounds through his PT1911 and my XDM, left over perdeim is paying for the rounds  ;D

Sat down at my desk at work this morning and hit my knee on something heavy.  Turns out one of my software guys gave me his reloading stuff since he doesnt' shoot much any more.  Looks like a single stage press, manuals, brass, bullets and dies  ;D
