Title: Latest gadgets and such - from the Chalet de Sans Souci
Post by: alfsauve on March 29, 2012, 07:58:15 AM: So I've got a swing arm lamp on the reloading bench, but I've wanted some type of inspection lamp up close so I can see under the top of the progressive press. I found a neat little flex arm USB lamp designed for laptop users a while back and finally got around to mounting it.

A USB extension cable is clamped to the back of the press with a small "squarish" electrical clamp. If I come across what I think is a better one I just unplug one and plug in the other.

It's a small, weak spot, just enough to light the inside of the case to check for powder, which is excellent

I'll be on the lookout for something brighter and with a little more coverage.
